Refund Policy
How payments and refunds work when you use Insurance Advisor Hub.
Effective date: October 3, 2026
1. Our service is free
Insurance Advisor Hub does not charge consumers any fee to compare quotes or to be connected with licensed insurance agents or carriers. Because we do not collect payment from you, there is nothing for us to refund.
2. We never collect insurance payments
We do not accept premiums, deposits, down payments, or any other payment for insurance. All payments for a policy are made directly to the insurance carrier or the licensed agent you choose to work with. If anyone claiming to represent Insurance Advisor Hub asks you to pay us directly, do not pay, and contact us immediately at (866) 859-0614.
3. Policy cancellations and premium refunds
If you buy a policy and later want to cancel it or request a refund of premium, contact your insurance carrier or agent directly. Refunds, cancellation fees, and any "free look" periods are set by the carrier's policy terms and your state's insurance laws, not by Insurance Advisor Hub.
4. Billing disputes
For questions about a charge from an insurance carrier, contact that carrier's billing or customer service department. If you need help identifying which carrier or agent you were connected with, email info@insuranceadvisorhub.online and we'll help where we can.
5. Changes to this policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page.
